Do you deliver?
Yes, please select the option for delivery during your checkout. We charge a delivery fee of R150, however this fee is waived for orders exceeding R2000. When your order has been finalised and POP presented, we will courier your order to your door. Unfortunately, this is not available outside South Africa yet. We are actively working toward adding international shipping as an option within the next few months, but for the time being, international customers will have to arrange their own courier.
Can I collect my order?
Yes, please select the option for store pickup during your checkout. Once you receive the notification that your order is ready for collection, you are most welcome to collect from our premises.
Can I pay with my debit card?
Currently, the online store is limited to payments through EFT, however should you opt for in store pickup, you are welcome to pay with your debit card on premises.
Can someone assist me with technical questions?
Yes, if you have any technical questions, please reach out to us and a member of our team will guide and advise you on any questions you may have regarding your purchase. You are also most welcome to reach out to us should you have any questions not related to a purchase.
I am not happy with my purchase. What now?
At Boat Buddy we strive to provide you with excellent service and lasting satisfaction. If you believe we have failed you or you are unhappy with your order please reach out to us and we will attempt to find a resolution for you. In the event that you ordered the incorrect item, we do understand that mistakes happen and we will gladly accept a return of your item in its original packaging within 14 days of accepting your order.
Is there a warranty on my items?
Boat Buddy offers a 12 month warranty on all products sold. Terms and conditions apply.
